5. Prevent the corrosion of electrolyte to collector;

6. Comprehensive factors can prolong the service life of batteries.

7. Coating thickness: conventional one-sided thickness of 1-3 um.

In recent years, Japan and Korea have mainly developed power lithium-ion batteries with modified lithium manganate and lithium nickel cobalt manganate as cathode materials, such as Panasonic EV Energy Company, Hitachi, Sony, New Kobe Motor, NEC, Sanyo Motor, Samsung and LG.

The United States mainly develops power lithium-ion batteries with lithium iron phosphate as cathode materials, such as A123 Systems Company and Valence Company, but the main automobile manufacturers in the United States choose manganese-based cathode material system power lithium-ion batteries in their PHEV and EV. It is said that the American A123 Company is considering entering the field of lithium manganate materials, while Germany. European countries such as China mainly adopt the way of cooperation with battery companies of other countries to develop electric vehicles, such as Daimler Benz and Saft Union of France, Volkswagen of Germany and Sanyo Agreement of Japan. Volkswagen in Germany and Renault in France are also developing and producing power lithium-ion batteries with the support of their governments.
